Profile Outline and Picture
Volunteer Orientation which includes knowledge of AIMCanada’s Mandate, Programs and Donation Policy
Set up separate gmail account for all AIMCanada emails
Set up Social Media Page or Accounts
SKILLS REQUIRED: Computer knowledge: Facebook, Word, Twitter and Instagram
Promotion, Marketing and Public Presentation skills
Identify and Develop Individual and Corporate Donors
Encourage Mentor and Mentee Referrals
Attendance at Board Meetings and serving on committees as required.
Public speaking and Powerpoint presentations or willingness to learn.
Attending Meetings and Events
Talking with, recognizing and thanking Volunteers at events.
Professional presentation and deportment???
Good written and verbal communication or willingness to learn.
The Volunteer Board Members of AIMCanada are responsible for XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXx, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXxxx and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Providing regular reports to XXXXXXXXXXXXXxx and XXXXXXXXXXXX.
Correctly Direct and respond to information requests for AIMCanada programs: Be a Mentor; Request a Mentor and Founding Donor Campaign.
Provide a Board Representative at AIMCanada Booth at: TRU Welcome Back BBQ (early September), TRU Club Day (early January), TRU Employment Fair and other community events as requested.
Prior to completion of Term complete Organization Feedback Form. Notify the Regional Director if you wish to continue serving on the BOD AIMCanada prior to year end.
