Ekatrina Morozova - Special Benefits/Fundraiser Events-

Ekaterina Morozova is a 4th year student graduating that year from TRU as a Bachelor of Business Administration. She studies International Business and New Venture Creation. Ekaterina came from the Russian Far East 2 years ago and is realizing her childhood dream to study abroad. Her long-term career goal is to open her own business. Currently she is learning towards that goal and to gaining experience at TRU and experience as Volunteer Special Event Coordinator with AIMCanada. She currently works with the Richard Wagamese Event Ambassador Team towards our fall event date. Ekaterina states she chose AIMCanada, among others, as the best choice to be part of a Non Profit Startup Process, to feel valuable and make meaningful contribution to a team effort and to lessen stress of stepping into new life after graduation by proper Career Mentoring.

Maksim Avdyushkin - Webpage Development

Max is a 4th year Computing Science student at TRU with a minor in Management. Previously he worked for a year at BlackBerry as Software Testing Associate (co-op). While in Russia he worked a summer as a Junior Accountant. He is keen to learn and hack new things. His biggest interest is in web apps development. His current goal is to learn Node.js, Angular and a few other tools. As a part of AIMCanada’s Development Team Max has developed our webpage using WordPress.


Mercy Willians - Executive Assistant/Volunteer Engagement

Mercy is an International Business student in the post Bachelor Degree program at Thompson Rivers University. Her major is Human Resources. Mercy comes with sales and administrative experience from Nigeria. She is a wife and mother of 3 girls who will move to Canada this summer to live with mom. Mercy is overseeing Volunteer Engagement and Team Lead of AIMCanada’s Marketing/Mentor Team. She is responsible for orientating new volunteers and coordinating the Friday Evening Meets for our Marketing/Mentor Team

Samuel Bentil - Executive Assistant/Project Software

Samuel is from Ghana, West Africa and studied Mechanical Engineering in his Dndergraduate degree that he completed in 2006. Since graduation Samuel worked as a Project Planner in the construction of mining development projects in Ghana and The Democratic Republic of Congo. Here he was part of the Project Management Team that developed two new mines. He is a Certified Project Management Professional and a Risk Management Professional and is a member of the Canadian West Coast Chapter of the Project Management Institute. He is currently studying for his MBA full-time at the School of Business and Economics of the Thompson Rivers University, Kamloops. Samuel brings his project management skills to AIMCanada’s start-up/development phase. Samuel chose to volunteer with AIMCanada as it is non-profit organization increasing Mentorships and to get direction and mentorship in his career transition from engineering/mining background to business leadership.

Jarvis Niedersteiner - Marketing Mentorship Team

Jarvis Niedersteiner has worked with AIMCanada for two terms on our Marketing Mentorship Team. He is now our Volunteer Resource Development Coordinator on the 2015 Development Team. He enjoys working with people and numbers. Jarvis will be graduating in December 2015 with Accounting BBA with a career goal of completing his accounting designation. ‘Working with AIMCanada has allowed me to develop resume-quality volunteer experience in data bases and professional relationships. I have learned that resource development for non profits is the front end of the train’

Zach Cripps - Social Media/Computer Systems

Zach Cripps brings over 15 years experience with troubleshooting computer systems and computer training. He has experience with webpage design using WordPress (several years) and monitoring a Computer Lab. Zach did an Internship with Future Shop and brings knowledge of troubleshooting computer problems, diagnosing hardware issues and computer system setup. Zach is working with the Developing Team as our Social Media/Computer Systems Coordinator. He chooses to spend his valuable Volunteer Hours with AIMCanada as he has experienced the generosity and guidance of a Mentor while in High School. In fact, it is what got him into his work with computers, software and web development.
